The Seminar was held on 2nd July, 2022 at seminar hall of Vidhyadeep campus for students of Physiotherapy. The Speakers were Dr Amisha bhagat, A physiotherapist practicing Pilates and Mr. jimish Bhagat, A fitness tainor , also practicing Pilates. The grave a very informative and detailed seminar on the concept of Pilates, which turned out to be very useful for students.
